Coffee Break Bible Study on Thursday, October 14, is canceled.  We will resume on October 21 to continue with Daniel in our study of Old Testament history.

Pastor Bender has a series on Issues Etc recently on what worship is and why Christians worship the way we do.  You can find links to all his guest appearances on IE via the CCA website.  The “links” tab includes a listing of podcasts: the new series on worship as well as previous series and stand-alone topics.    

Sign up to attend.  Sign up for the games and the card tournaments.  You especially want to be there for the HOOT show.  Saturday, July 31.  Don’t miss it.  This is the way to do a church picnic!  

Officially, the Peace Lutheran Academy Auction is a fundraiser.  But this is no stuffy, boring fundraiser.  People who have attended in previous years boast of all the fun that we have.

Open house and convocation on Thursday evening, May 27.  Come see the Academy and the students’ work from 6:00 to 7:00, and then join us for an awards ceremony at 7:00.

The children’s choirs of Peace will present a concert on Friday, May 21, beginning at 7:00.  They will sing pieces used in the Divine Services throughout the year, as well as some fun Robert Louis Stevenson poems and a sing-along to conclude the evening.   Please join us!
